Hochzeiger Cableways

The Hochzeiger Cableways in the Tyrolean Pitztal looked for a special, modern solution for their ski depots; guests should be able to open and lock their ski locker with their ski pass and the purchase of ski passes and rental equipment had to be handled conveniently in the hotel.

Close co-operation between the locker making company, Steurer Systems, and GANTNER rapidly resulted in a custom-made solution – top design lockers with heating and ventilation, a built in electronic locking system from GANTNER, and integration with the ski rental software. With the challenges of key administration gone, Hochzeiger Cableways staff has more time to focus on customer service, resulting in more satisfied guests, additional locker rentals, and increased locker rental revenues – a win-win solution
